The whole experience felt rushed and lacked service. At the beginning, the staff forgot to bring the key, so I waited downstairs for 15 minutes before finally being let in. I was immediately directed to lie down and started the massage. The massage itself was decent, but at the end, they used a cold towel to wipe off the oils from my body，very chilly. During the session, only one towel was placed over me, making it quite cold. Afterward, I was simply told to leave without any follow-up questions or even a warm water. Also, there was only one staff member throughout the entire process.
