Pilates with Natasha is a intimate boutique reformer pilates studio offering both private 1:1 sessions and semi private 2:1 sessions. Here at the studio you will find Reformer Pilates classes for absolutely everyone, at any fitness level, safe for both pre and post natal women, safe for injury and rehab clients. Classes available for any skill level, beginner, intermediate and advanced.
