If you don’t feel like talking, or just need a few hours to sit and relax, book this first! Silent appointments are where we don’t have conversation, but we can listen to whatever music you feel like listening to, you can turn on a movie, or just sit and relax! I’ll ask questions about the service but keep talking to a minimum and shut the door for complete privacy<3. Some days don’t feel great, and it’s completely normal to feel like sitting quietly.
