Scar Tissue Therapy involves specialized manual techniques aimed at improving the mobility, elasticity, and function of tissues affected by scarring. For external scars, we work directly on the scar and surrounding tissue to reduce tightness, improve circulation, and support regeneration. For internal scar tissue—such as fascial restrictions or post-surgical adhesions—treatment may involve deeper, targeted manual release techniques to help restore normal range of motion, reduce pain, and improve overall tissue function. This approach supports both physical recovery and functional integration across the body.
