Myofascial Release is an alternative form of deep tissue massage. It's a manual therapy that uses varying levels of applied pressure, movement and stretching to relieve tension and restriction in the fascia, a form of connective tissue and muscle. Myofascial Release assists in relieving chronic pain, improving mobility, and increasing blood flow in the affected area.

Myofascial Release

Thai massage is an ancient healing tradition from Thailand that uses a combination of yoga, deep stretching, reflexology, acupressure, and energy meridian work. Designed to elongate the muscles and increase the flexibility of the body, this massage modality can improve vitality, balance the circulation of the body, and depending on your goals, the result can be both invigorating and deeply relaxing.

To prepare for your session, please wear loose pants or shorts and t-shirt.

Thai Massage

This ancient form of massage from Japan offers a deep, invigorating treatment aimed to heal mind, body, and spirit through balancing the body’s flow of energy (chi). Your therapist will apply thumb and palm pressure to points along the body’s meridian lines and mild stretching, triggering deep physical relaxation alongside an overall sense of internal well-being.

To prepare for your session, please wear loose pants or shorts and t-shirt.

Shiatsu

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle and subtle hands-on therapy that can help improve the balance of the central nervous system. You remain fully clothed during your session, or it can be combined with a traditional massage. Your therapist begins with gentle holds on various parts of the body to monitor the rhythm of the fluid that is flowing around your central nervous system, and to locate areas of weak fluid flow or tissue motion. Delicate manual techniques are then used to release those problem areas. CST is especially beneficial for those experiencing neck and back issues, migraines or headaches, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. This therapeutic treatment can help to reduce stress and tension, chronic fatigue, anxiety, muscular problems, sleep deprivation, cognition, and many other issues. Craniosacral Therapy can be used alone or integrated with other therapies.
