Tracy provided excellent service. We addressed a couple problem areas in the shoulders and legs. Left the yoga massage feeling relaxed and my wellbeing improved.

I don't know why I am still surprised but every time I finish a session with Tracy I feel so calm, grounded, peaceful and present compared to when I walked in and irrespective of how I was feeling when I walked in. Yesterday was no exception and indeed left me in such a deep state of peace and presence I felt nothing could shake me from it. The deepest I have felt so far. I am eternally grateful for the impact Tracy has on my life and well being.

Beautiful ☺️ I am very strong minded, passionate and sensitive in my nature. Tracy always has the ability to connect with me on the deepest of levels, map into where I am at in that moment and guide me to the peace I need to re-connect with inside🙏🏽☺️💜🌈✨
