I was very pleasantly surprised when I got there owing to the fact it’s a completely private session so immediately you’re at ease. The facility is superbly clean and easy to use. The sauna is set to a perfect temperature as is the cold bath and I left feeling on top of the world with no aches and pains. There is a shower to use in between the hot and cold therapy as well as a massage gun which I found really effective whilst in the sauna. Great place and one which I highly recommend and I will 100% be returning. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been going for a couple of months and cannot rate it high enough. You can really feel the difference in your body even by the end of the time slot. I’ve noticed a big difference in my performance, recovery, focus, mood and even skin.

I imagined it would be a crowded place and I would have to wait, but when I arrived I was surprised. It was a private place where I could stretch, breathe, concentrate and enjoy the moment, just me. What a wonderful experience! Perfect sauna, ice bath at a good temperature and clean water. A clean, organized and welcoming place. I simply loved it and I'm already a member. 1000 stars
