In our 20 minutes together, you’ll have a safe, compassionate space to share what’s present for you. I’ll listen deeply, intuitively and without judgement, gently guiding you towards what may be sitting beneath the surface.

There is no need to prepare, have the right words or know exactly what you’re looking for. Simply bring what you’re experiencing, and together we’ll create space for awareness, insight and a deeper connection to your own inner knowing.

My intention is to gently hold the space for you to see what you may not be able to see on your own — and leave with a little more clarity, trust and ease.
