What sets Shelley apart is her ability to handle even the most challenging dogs, with clients noting her expertise in calming nervous pets during services like ultrasonic teeth cleaning. The friendly and professional team ensures every groom leaves dogs looking fantastic, with many praising the excellent results for their furry companions, including a particularly positive mention of a nervous terrier who now has sparkling white teeth.

A great job done on a scruffy and often awkward dog!

So good with our dogs. They always look great but Becca is especially good with our elderly dog who has become extremely difficult to groom. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the lovely young women at Poochies, the service they provide and the way they groom my dog who can be uncooperative !

Bailey has just had another fabulous groom from Shelley - just in time for the bank holiday heatwave ! and he's all ready for the summer ! Thank you so much :)

Our packages are for puppies under 5 months.
All our puppy packs include
1. Nails clipped & files
2. Ear hair removal and cleaned
3. Bathing & Drying
4. Anal gland expression
5. deodoriser
6. Lots of reassurance, cuddles and confidence boosting.

Matting charges

Light matting requiring extra brushing or clipping, adding time to your dog’s groom. This charge covers the additional work needed to safely and comfortably remove minor tangles.

Light matting

Moderate matting requiring extra grooming time and careful clipping to remove knots safely and comfortably while prioritising your dog’s welfare.

Moderate Matting Charge

Severe matting requiring extensive clipping and significantly longer grooming time. For your dog’s comfort and welfare, heavily matted coats may need to be clipped very short.

For those dogs that are aggressive, anxious, or just need that extra little bit of care and time for their grooms. These appointments take longer as sometimes we need abit of support with someone else giving reassurance to the pooch and helping keeping calm.
Shelley does the majority of these special appointments. Please feel free to call, txt or message on notes on here for any more help.
