I have been going to Shaina for over 18 months now to treat migraines, release pent-up anxiety and emotions, and promote overall well-being. She is absolutely wonderful. She always checks in on the points I struggle with before needling them, explains why she is needling certain points, does great massage work on my old injuries during my extra time, and even answers my questions over text super quickly. I would never consider going to anyone else for my acupuncture.
