Remedial massage can stimulate the blood supply, make joints more mobile, and help to repair damaged tissues. The therapist will aim to balance the length, tone and tension of muscles and tendons, which restores the correct position of the bones, increases blood flow and helps heal injuries.
It is perfect for treating and managing sports injuries, headaches, increased mobility, posture correction, arthritis, back & neck pain, depression & anxiety, and much more!

Our Foot Therapy treatments are a divine way to give your feet and lower legs a sense of relief and freedom of movement. We use pressure points on both the feet and legs, with varying technique to relax and invigorate not just your feet, but all corresponding body systems. Our therapists all offer a peaceful and calming energy.

Foot Therapy Massage

Our Relaxation/ Deep Tissue massage therapy involves a calming blend of long flowing and flushing strokes to relax and prepare the tissue for the muscles that need some more intensive and deeper releasing. Different methods of deep release bodywork may include Trigger point therapy/ Fibre frictions/ Stretches/ joint mobility/ Myofascial therapy!
