I had such a wonderful experience with Randall and Avery! Randall did exactly what I asked and was incredibly thorough throughout the entire process, making sure I was pleased with the outcome every step of the process. Avery was equally attentive, kind, and thoughtful. They both truly customized my experience, and it felt personal while still being professional. It was less like a typical professional service with an end goal and more like being taken care of by family who genuinely wanted me to feel great about my hair.
