A visit to Rache’s Retreat can mean a relaxing full body massage or a manicure and pedicure, with clients describing warm mitts on the feet during a back, neck and shoulder massage. Rachel also creates BIAB nails and gel-colour pedicures, and talks clients through treatments when they’re undecided.

With a pressure tailored to your comfort, this rejuvenating treatment will leave your muscles feeling relaxed and revitalised. Step out of my retreat feeling lighter and as if you are walking on clouds.

Relaxing- Full body massage

A full gel pedicure consists of a stimulating warm soak. Followed by exfoliation, using a beautiful lime and ginger scrub from my kaeso range. After, I start on dead skin removal of the feet. Using a rasp to break away the built-up hard skin. We will then move on to cuticle work pushing back and trimming away all of your excess cuticle. After all the hard work, we can start to unwind with a restoring foot mask, leaving it too soak with a lovely hot towel. Once your feet are feeling beautiful, smooth and fresh i apply a gel polish of your choice. Changing the appearance of your toenails and making you feel confident in your sandals. To wrap your pedicure up, i preform a foot and leg massage to rejuvenate blood flow.
