Release deep-seated tension, improve flexibility, and move with greater ease. This one-on-one treatment uses guided movement, gentle resistance, and targeted stretches to support recovery, boost circulation, and restore mobility—especially in areas that take the brunt of daily movement or training. Whether you’re dealing with tight hips, heavy legs, or general stiffness, assisted stretching helps you reconnect to your body’s natural rhythm and range. A perfect complement to an active lifestyle, this treatment can support injury prevention, post-workout recovery, or simply help you feel looser and more aligned.

Expect to feel: open, lengthened, rebalanced

Assisted Stretch

Find relief from stress, tension, and energetic imbalances. This treatment uses ultra-fine needles placed at specific acupuncture points to calm the nervous system, ease aches and discomfort, and support the body’s natural healing responses. By working with your body’s energy channels, acupuncture helps to rebalance circulation, digestion, sleep, and mood, leaving you feeling more centred and grounded.

Expect to feel: balanced, lighter, at ease
