About
As an anatomy nerd and problem solver, my practice has naturally evolved to one with pain management as its focus. This task can be a complex one, so my progress plans often come with local recommendations for complimentary methods and homecare tips. My Targeted Muscle sessions hone in on problem areas to address the root of the pain and find a path to feeling better.

She listened to me and worked on the areas that really needed attention. She listened when I needed more or less pressure. I will definitely be back to see her again. Thank you Paige!
