This is a relaxing, full body Swedish massage that helps promote deep relaxation and stress relief. Using flowing strokes and gentle to firm pressure, this massage helps ease muscle tension, improves circulation & calms the nervous system. Each session will be customized to you & your bodies needs & may include extras like cupping to specific areas or hot towels. If you'd like full-body and also extra work on a specific area, I'd recommend the 90 minute session instead of this 60 minute.

Relaxing Swedish Massage - 60 minutes
