Electrical Epilation

All hair removed from the pubic area or leaving a small strip at the front.  You can discuss with your therapist which you prefer.  
To prepare for your 1st waxing,  let your hair grow to be at least a quarter of an inch, leaving it for 4-6 weeks will give the best result.  If you stop shaving, results and any discomfort gets better with each wax and best after 2/3 waxes.  

Wear cotton underwear and loose bottoms to your appointment.
Freshly wash before your appointment and we have wipes if required.
Gently exfoliate your pubic region a couple of days before your waxing.
If you want take an ibuprofen or another mild pain reliever about 30 minutes beforehand. Although most people are surprised find it to not be as uncomfortable as expected.
