Mon is exceptional at what she does. She is a hair artist and is perfect at her craft. I've been seeing Monica for 15 years and she never makes you feel like just a client. Today we Lightened my hair from nearly black and the results for phase one are amazing. My hair is so soft even after being bleached and looks fantastic.
