Misaki was so amazing from the start. I loved that she wanted to know the history of my hair prior to starting. She took very good care of my hair and when I was at the hair washing station I fell asleep! It was so relaxing. The entire time, Misaki explained what she was doing and I really appreciated it. I would definitely come back when I’m in Osaka again.
