It is an Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) course technique used by physical therapists, chiropractors, and sports therapists. Clinicians use specialised metal or plastic contoured tools to scan, massage, and break down fascial restrictions, scar tissue, and muscle adhesions.
