I can’t recommend Louisa enough! She really took the time to listen to my concerns about hair loss and made me feel completely understood and cared for. Her kindness and professionalism instantly put me at ease and the haircut she gave me was absolutely fantastic. I left feeling more confident than I have in a long time. A true 5-star experience would recommend. Looking forward to my next cut!
