A Russian pedicure is a dry pedicure, so no soaking in water is required. The technique is requires of very precise cuticle work, often involving a nail drill and their special equipment to clean and remove excess skin around the nail bed.

Hard gel is a nail enhancement like acrylic nails except it cures in a UV light. It is NOT gel polish/shellac/soft gel/soak off gel. You can extend the length of the nail with hard gel, just like acrylic.

Liquid hard gel in a bottle is a thick gel that add strength to the nails enhancements and can be soaked off with acetone. Hard gel in a bottle is a softer gel, but it creates a much stronger overlay on the nails than traditional gel nail polish so it’s great for helping your natural nails grow.
