Mellow Club is a cosy home massage studio in Utrecht. Natural massage oils are used during treatments to support relaxation and nourish the skin. The studio is easily accessible by public transport: bus lines 3 and 120 stop at Marnixlaan, just a 2-minute walk away, and Utrecht Zuilen train station is about an 8-minute walk from the studio.

During pregnancy, the body goes through many changes. This can bring tension, discomfort, and a need for extra care and support. This massage is fully adapted to how you feel on the day and the stage of your pregnancy.

I combine techniques from Swedish massage, Lomi Lomi and haptic massage, always adjusting the treatment to your needs and wishes. 

The massage is given on a specialised pregnancy massage table with a belly and chest cut-out, so you can lie comfortably and relax in a supported position. 

Each session is a moment to slow down, release tension, and feel more at ease in your changing body.

Support and recovery after birth

After giving birth, the body and mind go through a deep process of recovery and adjustment. There can be tiredness, tension, and the physical and emotional weight of caring for a newborn.

This massage is fully adapted to how you feel on the day. You can arrive just as you are, and simply tell me what you need — whether that is deep rest, gentle release of tension, or a moment to fully switch off.

The treatment is given on a specialised massage table with a belly and chest cut-out, allowing you to lie comfortably and feel supported, with space for your body to rest.

This is a moment to slow down and receive care, especially during a time when so much of your attention and energy goes to someone else.

Each session is a quiet space to come back to yourself, even just for a little while.
