This class is geared to the amazing  community of which we call Age of Elegance.  This is a program created with a variety of techniques to increase your cardiovascular, muscular strength and endurance in  safe, heart-healthy, gentle on your joints movements. Hand held weights, resistance bands, low-impact aerobics along with stretching and relaxation exercises are combined to create a fun  experience to energize your lifestyle. A chair is available for seated or standing support

Age of Elegance Fitness

This class is both meditative and strategic, emphasizing peace and calm in your body and mind while moving to a relaxed-pace dedicating time to stretch and lengthen your muscles.  Static stretches and breathing exercises are combined to balance the mind and soul while giving an all over stretch to your entire body. You will focus on controlled breathing while holding your stretch to open your body and relax your mind. It's the perfect way to move your body and learn how to focus and quieten the mind. Moves and poses are set to relaxing music, creating an environment of peace and calm.
All fitness levels are welcome. This class is amazing for anyone looking to improve their flexibility and get ready for the day!! 


Mindful Movement Session

A 45 minute total body toning session designed specifically for you.  You determine your workout with a variation of cardio, pilates, stretching and meditation.  You and your trainer will work together to create a class that will incorporate exercises/training to build the class for you to complete Fitness Your Way.  Class can be changed as you desire when you wish.  Almost like personal training without the measurements and journal.  All levels welcome.

Fitness Your Way

This class focuses on relaxing long-held stretches combined with breath work and mindfulness.  Various poses stretch beneath the superficial muscles to target the dense connective tissues of the body, often in the low back and hips, which are difficult to open and can result in both limited flexibility and stagnant energy.  All major muscle groups (back, chest, biceps, triceps, legs) will be worked at various times/sessions.  This class is gentle, yet intense at times, with the primary focus of getting the body and muscles and mind to relax. Sessions end with guided meditation for optimum results of a complete session head to toe.

Tone Plus

Our classic pedicure includes a warm foot soak and a foot treatment with a foot file followed by pushing back your cuticles and shaping your nails. Then you will relax with a leg and foot massage, warm scented towels, moisturizer and nail polish.

Classic Pedicure

Make the most of your spa experience with an extra 10 minutes of pure relaxation. Once your therapist is done with your service, they'll quietly exit the room, leaving you to soak up the calm vibes. When your 10 minutes are complete, you'll hear a gentle knock to signal the end of your peaceful escape.
