Many clients find reflexology helps them feel calmer, more refreshed, and promotes an overall sense of wellbeing.

AromaReflexolgy

A deeply relaxing treatment designed to cleanse away product build-up, rebalance the scalp, and condition the hair. Using carefully selected products, the scalp is gently washed and conditioning treatments are applied to nourish both the scalp and lengths. The experience is finished with a rough blow dry.

Warm flowing water cascades over the scalp while slow, rhythmic massage eases tension. The treatment can also include an aromatherapy steam inhalation, hair mask, and a neck, shoulder, and face massage for full-body relaxation. An optional facial can be added for a more indulgent treatment.

Not suitable for those with active scalp infections, open wounds, or inflamed skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema flare-ups, recent head injury or surgery, severe migraines triggered by touch or water, or hair extensions and styles that cannot be loosened. Please get in touch if you’re unsure whether this treatment is right for you.

Japanese Head Spa

A 60 minute treatment that includes:
• an aromatherapy steam
• shampoo, mask, conditioner
• neck, shoulder and scalp massage
• clients will have access to blow dry facilities


Emerald (60 minute)

A 100 minute treatment including
• a facial steam
• a foot massage
• double clense shampoo, mask, conditioner, leave in spray
• neck, shoulder & scalp massage
• facial mask/ massage
• rough dry


Diamond (100 minute)

Clinical aromatherapy is a professional approach where treatments are designed based on research rather than just relaxation or fragrance. Essential oils are carefully chosen to support specific physical or emotional needs, such as chronic pain, anxiety, sleep difficulties, or stress, and can be used alongside conventional healthcare to help manage symptoms.
