This facial uses a unique blend of highly effective massage drawn from traditional Eastern and contemporary methods. This fusion treats the surface and also deep facial tissues with highly refined, gentle hand and finger manipulation. It also blends principles from acupressure and reflexology. 

Natural Lift Facial Massage increases blood circulation to allow the skin to rejuvenate naturally. It strengthens and tones muscles, helping to prevent and improve sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkles. Collagen and Elastin is stimulated for plumping and a natural lift . Your skin will be glowing as Lymphatic drainage removes toxins and the boost of oxygen promotes skin renewal and repair. Lightweight and nutrient-dense oils will boost radiance.

Natural Lift Facial Massage ~ Aka The Non-Surgical Face Lift

This Add-On treatment works with any of my holistic facials & also the Indian Head Massage. 

The Lymphatic Brush (LB) & the techniques have been developed by Cecily Braden. This is a unique treatment to 'clear the clutter' of the cells'. The LB is a holistic facial therapy deeply rooted in the profound cell renewal & life-sustaining importance of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for maintaining youth & vitality.

We begin with 'melting' away tension in the muscles & tissues, by applying warm Gua Sha tools. The soft specialist brushes are used with gentle movements, following the drainage patterns of the facial lymph-nodes.

Reducing inflammation with MLD reduces puffiness, dark circles, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, sagging skin and acne.

If you're using expensive cosmetic products, but not seeing results, you may find them to be more effective after MLD.

If you have botox, I can use this after 6 weeks. If you have tension or puffiness post botox or surgery book the Lymphatic Facial.

There are four different methods used in this luxury body massage:
~ Thai Herbal Poultice - A warm herbal compress filled with organic herbs, steamed & applied directly to the body with a variety of specialised techniques. The heat, combined with the herbs, are absorbed by the body,  helping to reduce aches & pains, increase lymphatic drainage & condition the skin.
~ Thai Aromatherapy Massage - Aromatherapy body oil is applied following specific SEN Meridians to increase the flow of energy in the body as well as soothe nervous tension, relax cramped muscles & reduce fluid retention. 
~ Royal Thai Massage - Similar to acupressure where pressure is applied to specific SEN Points to release blocked energy & direct healing to areas of discomfort, pain or illness.
~ Thai Stretching - For improved range of motion & flexibility

When you book a Buccal facial massage, you can expect a difference from the other treatments on offer. This is an advanced form of facial massage creating visible aesthetic benefits, whilst promoting deep relaxation & peace. By inserting either my fingers or thumbs into your mouth I am able to access all the muscles of the cheeks, lips & jawline. Including the 'Buccal'. Dry massage techniques release forehead tension and wrinkles

You can expect to feel less facial tension, your contours to be sculpted, lips & cheeks lifted & your skin glowing. 

Also incl: hot towel cleanse, mask, neck, shoulder, scalp massage, cupping & Gua Sha cool down.

To maximise the benefits, I recommend a course of treatments. The difference will become more noticeable after the 3rd or 4th visit. With a package of up to 8 (75min) treatments, the first 3 would ideally be weekly & then monthly thereafter.


Buccal Sculpting Facial Massage 

The 60 mins treatment focuses on Legs, Bum and Waistline sculpting, unless you have another area you’d like to focus on. 
Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is more than just a body massage. It's a powerful wellness treatment that promotes detoxification, sculpts and defines the contours of the body and is beneficial for overall health and wellbeing. The Brazilian method is firm and dynamic and focuses on sculpting and targeting areas of concern. 

This rhythmic technique evolved from the traditional techniques of Dr Vodder, using both manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and maderotherapy (wood) tools to stimulate the body's natural processes.

Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese massage and therapeutic healing technique. I use high quality crystal tools to press, stroke and glide over the face. Shaped crystal tools work with the contours of the face, muscles, fascia and skin. This relaxing facial uses acupressure for complete body balance, which is key to my holistic  philosophy.
Benefits include lymphatic drainage, muscle tonicity, plumping, sculpting, collagen & elastin production, reduced fine lines and wrinkles. By increasing the microcirculation, the epidermis is deeply revitalised and oxygenated for a natural healthy glow.

The 40min facial focuses on one target area with precise manipulation - the lips or eyes.
