Using video and phone calls is convenient and as effective as face-to-face therapy.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, somatic bodywork that helps to reduce stress and pain, allowing you to release tightness and old emotional and physical injuries.

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy can be very helpful for babies and children and is very gentle. I work with babies and children while they play or sit with a parent or carer - wherever they feel comfortable.
