The appt was for my teen son. I’d phoned ahead to alert J of a dermatological issue. This phone call was not mentioned directly with my son, yet they exchanged common experiences and frustrations with conditions like eczema etc. This empathetic approach, and a fabulous head massage to boot, had a tremendous impact on my son and Jeahni is to be applauded for her lovely, gentle ways with a young adult.
