Well I got my hair washed, dried, head massaged and cut and styled. However on some areas like the bottom half of my head the massage was a little too hard. I got face framing hair cut that ended up being too short so is now constantly in my face. And I wanted my hair fully curled, which she did do, but then she sprayed something on it and then combed them all out to give me basically her hair style of wavy hair. I didn't want this because it makes my hair frizzy and despite getting it thinned out, my hair still felt heavy and hot because of the style she did.
