Dermal filler injections to add volume or replace volume loss in lip areas.  

Things to avoid 24-48hrs before your appointment to ensure a safe and successful procedure. 
1. Avoid taking blood-thinning medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, or certain herbal supplements that can increase the risk of bruising and bleeding.
2. Avoid consuming alcohol for at least 24 hours before the procedure as it can also increase the risk of bruising and swelling.
3. Strenuous exercise: Avoid engaging in strenuous exercise or activities that can increase blood flow and raise body temperature for at least 24 hours before the treatment.
4. Sun exposure: Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning beds before the procedure as it can make the skin more sensitive & increase the risk of complications.
5. Skin irritants: Avoid using any skincare products containing retinol or exfoliants. 
6. If you have any active cold sores or history of notify MedSpa
