Honestly Hayley is an absolute gem! I’ve been seeing her a while now now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! She’s so knowledgeable and genuinely brilliant at what she does. I suffer with neck and back issues, and now with marathon training ramping up, she’s been helping keep the legs going. I always leave feeling amazing! She’s also great craic, which makes every appointment even better 😂❤️ Would 100% recommend!!

Amazing experience, very friendly, would defiantly recommend. I had the 90 minute sports massage due to a bad back and it felt great, my back feels looser, there is no pain in my leg and fingers crossed it continues x Thank you x
