A calming and nurturing full body side-lying massage to help alleviate the aches and pains of pregnancy, reduce anxiety and encourage peaceful, restful sleep. Available from the 2nd trimester.

Massage & Reflexology Combination Treatment

Reflexology is a grounding, balancing and profoundly relaxing therapy applied to the feet.

Its soothing and meditative qualities allow you to enter a deep state of relaxation. You emerge feeling renewed and reset. 

The session will start with a soothing foot bath and short consultation.   Once on the couch - the treatment will commence with a lower leg and foot massage before starting to apply a firmer pressure to specific reflexology and acupressure points on the foot - taking you to a place of deep relaxation.

Reflexology can be an extremely beneficial treatment for those suffering with insomnia, anxiety, hormonal issues (such as PMS and peri menopausal symptoms) and migraines and a whole host of other issues.

Reflexology

This treatment is perfect for times when you feel the need for a reset inside and out!  

Using beautiful and natural facial oils from Wild Source - we will start with a gentle cleanse before moving onto the natural facelifting massage - a completely natural way to lift the face, rejuvenate the skin and remove tension using Lymphatic Drainage, Cold Stones, Acupressure and Ayurvedic techniques.  

We will then move to the feet where I will create a tailored Reflexology treatment for you based upon your individual needs.
