I recently had a myofascial release session focused on my neck, shoulders, and upper arm, and it was a great experience. I left feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. I’ve been seeing Gyonne for cupping for years, so she knows my body pretty well. During the session, she could actually feel my muscles and fascia releasing. We talked about how my body tends to hold tension, stress and emotions so Gyonne noticed that my body can let go. Super! I had a lot of pain in my hips, but they feel much lighter now. She achieved more with cupping than I sometimes achieve with a deep tissue massage.
