Gemma is so very friendly, welcoming, and professional, and took the time to understand what I was wanting to achieve, (as a middle-aged woman doing the grey transition/blending thing). Gemma has an amazing understanding of all aspects of coloring, explaining what she was doing, and why, and she also cut my hair beautifully, and I am so happy with the result. Thank you so much.
