Please arrive with clean, dry hair. This service does not include a wash with blow dry. Dry style is not an updo, for an updo please select that option. You require a half up please book as not all our stylists offer undos. Please note, not all styles are suitable for all types of hair due to thickness, length and texture. If you are unsure please send us a photo of what you'd like and your current hair. 

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
• Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened or amended service.
• Petal Club members who cancel within 48 hours or fail to attend will forfeit the appointment from their membership allowance.
• Petal Club memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel via info@blowgarden.co.uk.
