It was my first time visiting the salon and I'm so pleased I did. Gemma has a very warm and inviting energy and it felt like I had already met her before, which made me feel comfortable to talk openly about my hair. It's the best haircut I've had in a very long time, and I left the salon educated about my hair type 🙂
