During your consultation, we will discuss your specific needs, your skin/hair and your recommended plan.

You are required to fill in our online consultation form prior to coming to The Skin Clinic for your in-person consultation. 

We will perform a patch test to see how your skin reacts to the treatment. A patch test is required for all new clients at least 48 hours before any treatment.

There is no need to shave before your consultation, seeing the hair is helpful to create our treatment plan.

Please make sure the area is not sunburnt,  recently tanned or fake tanned. This may delay your patch test and when we can start your treatment(s). 

The cost of the consultation will be deducted from your total, if you go ahead with treatments.

The cost of the consultation is non-refundable.
