Intensive Pulse Light (IPL) is perhaps our most commonly used anti aging treatment. Sun spots occur because we expose our skin to the sun. Our skins protective pigment, Melanin, works as a sun block and protects us from UV radiation. However this protection comes at a price, you will develop small dark sunspots.
