Customer service 10 out of 10!!!! George washed my hair, gave me a moisturizing treatment and a shoulder massage!! The lady who braided my hair ( I forgot her name) braided my hair SOOOO PERFECTLY... Then Liz did my sew in and made my hair look so natural!! I enjoyed the experience. They also had air conditioning which is hard to come by on some salons so i WAS GREATFUL for that š. They are on the pricer side for sure but you get your money's worth for sure. I will be coming back and referring friends.

Hairstyle was great, nails great. Eyebrows threading was a disaster. Will take me at least 6 months to grow themā¦
