Gel removal and reapplication 

BIAB stands for Builder in a Bottle. It’s a type of builder gel that’s applied like normal gel polish but is much stronger. 

It helps:
	•	Strengthen weak or bendy nails
	•	Encourage natural nail growth
	•	Prevent breaks and peeling
	•	Create a smooth, even shape

It’s perfect if you want your natural nails to grow longer and healthier without using extensions. With regular infills, BIAB becomes a long-lasting base that keeps your nails strong, tidy, and ready for whatever colour or design you choose.

I recommend this after 3-4 infills, but if there’s lifting, cracks, or it’s been on for multiple sets, I’ll recommend a full soak-off to keep your nails healthy and looking fresh!
