I Asked for my eyebrows and ears to be trimmed, neither done, also cost has gone from £20.00 to £30.00 with less service. Had to finish at home with my wife's help. Oliver has come straight back to me after my review, and offered his apologies, and has offered me a free haircut, and explained about the increase in the cost. I am very pleased that he contacted me very quickly, and I will be returning in the future.
