Exceptional doesn’t describe the service and customer service that I’ve received from Kym. She has mastered the art of delighting her patrons. From the moment you interact with her you’re met with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine desire to exceed your expectations. It’s hard to find beauticians or stylists where hair care is first. She took the time to understand my unique preferences which made the interaction feel personalized. Kym’s attention to detail sets her apart from the rest. Also her hands are gifts that’ll definitely exceed and put you to sleep!!
