It was a lack of communications skills between us. I did not know how to operate the chair which was very uncomfortable on my back and knees. I had trouble communicating this with Danny

The technician who took care of my 82 year old mother in law was wonderful. Very caring and listened to her concerns about her knee. The massage portion of both was pretty average and short in duration. Price is fair.
