Atmosphere was lovely, calming and smelled nice. Loved all the lights in the spa room.  The ladies were friendly. Really pleased with both the massage and the facial, felt refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Booked for me and my mum and it was nice to enjoy the experience together. Would book again and would recommend. 
The only thing we could have done with at the end was a quick drink of water.
