Assisted stretching is a one-on-one, hands-on session where the flexologist guides your body through controlled stretches to improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, pain relief, improve posture, faster recovery from daily activities and exercise.  

Personalised adapted functional fitness programs are designed to help you move better, feel stronger and maintain independence in daily life. Our one-on-one sessions are fully tailored to your age, fitness level, health conditions or injures. Making exercise safe, effective and enjoyable. We focus on 5 key areas: cardio endurance, balance and proprioception, flexibility and range of motion, muscular strength and endurance and functional motor skills.

45-60 minute one-on-one session, where the specialist will assess the following: 
- health history, previous/current injuries, medical conditions, medications 
- posture, balance, flexibility and range of motion and muscular strength 
- identify personal goals 

You will receive feedback and a personalised report with recommendations. The specialist will then design a safe, progressive exercise program exactly to your needs, ability level and lifestyle. To be used in follow up one-on-one sessions. 

This assessment ensures the program is effective, enjoyable and minimises injury risk.
