I had an absolutely fantastic experience and couldn’t be happier with my haircut. Brian was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The entire process was smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. Brian took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered exactly the look I was hoping for. This was easily one of the best haircut experiences I’ve ever had. After seeing the results and experiencing such great customer service, I honestly don’t want to go to anyone else. Brian and the entire team at Empire State are simply the best! I go to Brian for a cut and ear and nose hair waxing (I'm at that age). I never feel rushed and he always takes his time and goes the extra mile to make sure that everything is looking it's very best! I highly recommend the entire team at Empire State! Cheers VB
