As always, Barbara is hugely diligent in her preparation to ask about the type of massage, any preferences in firmness and any pre-existing injuries. I have had numerous massages from Aura Viva and as always, this was amazing. I feel relaxed and refreshed. I love the new venue, it is peaceful and welcoming. Thanks again!

For over 30 years I have had massages on 5 continents. Barbara is right up there in my top 5 of massage experiences. She finds the sites that need most attention in my body and slowly and smoothly work on them increasing pressure as needed and stops immediately if I feel pain. A very sensitive and considered approach. What really impresses me though, at the moment, are her prices. Very, very competitive for Cardiff and I am a little baffled she doesn't have a line of people outside her studio every day!

This was my first time visiting Aura Viva and I will definitely go back! Barbara was brilliant and really made me feel at ease. The massage was incredibly relaxing. The aftercare takeaway was a nice touch too.
