Experience targeted relief as this session addresses stubborn muscular tension and recurring aches. Each treatment is customised to your needs and ends with soothing craniosacral balancing. Ideal for headaches, stiffness, or persistent discomfort. For a full-body focus, choose 75 minutes. First-time clients should select the appropriate option to avoid an additional consultation fee.

60min massage - existing clients only

Ease tension and discomfort with a tailored treatment plan focused on your specific needs, such as back, neck and shoulders, or lower back and legs. New clients should select the first time client option to avoid a 15% consultation fee.

45min massage - existing clients only

Start by targeting your specific problem areas, then transition into a full body massage as your discomfort eases. Designed for those returning within 5 weeks, this session helps maintain progress and supports lasting relief from muscular aches and pains.
