My appointment started about 15-20 minutes late, pedicure felt a little rushed. He was kind and attentive but I feel like all steps were slightly rushed.

Took much longer than expected. Considering she had to do the reciptionists work, so she had to constantly stop doing my nails, which made it take much longer.
