The massage was excellent, and in the room on the ground floor as requested, since I have limited mobility.. But the loo is up one and a half flights of a steep and curvy staircase and quite a challenge for me. I realise this is an old house but that is why I have rated the experience good but not great.

We're glad the massage and your ground floor room met your needs, but we're sorry the staircase to the loo made things difficult. Had to book in whilst on holiday in Bath as my back/shoulders were painful due to fibromyalgia. What a fantastic place, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The massage was brilliant and Sarah explained many factors to help me going forward. My pain was gone and the rest of the week I was so much better. Only wish they had their business in Sussex, Id be a regular.
